A calmer grooming routine,in five easy steps.

No wrestling, no fur tornado. Just you, your pet, and a tool that does the boring part for you.

Pick your tool

Deshedding brush for the undercoat, dematting comb for knots, garment brush for the sofa, flat nozzle for the crumbs. One click in, one click out.

Switch it on at the quietest setting, a little away from your pet. Let them sniff, stare, and decide it’s boring. Then start brushing.

Go with the direction of the fur. If you press too hard, the needles pull back on their own — so brushing never turns into tugging.

When the comb’s full, pull the lever: the fur whooshes into the cup. Thick coat? Pull it a couple of times. It never gets old.

Twist off the clear cup, tap it over the bin, done. That’s the entire cleanup.

Line up the ridge on the filter with the groove in the cup and press it in. Takes two seconds, protects the motor — worth checking every time.

Line up the tabs, push in, twist clockwise till it stops. Counter-clockwise gets it back off.

The motor half and the cup half fit together one way — the right way. Push till it clicks.

Grooved side faces the lock button. Push till it clicks; press the button to release.

Match the marks on the head and handle, press down till it clicks. Pull the sides to swap heads.

Power on low, check the battery bars, and go say hi to your pet.
